OpenCollar spans about forty repositories in the SmartParksOrg organization: firmware, hardware, mechanics, per-device documentation, tools and decoders. This section is the map.

Repository naming

Historic names follow the pattern smartparks-<device>-<kind> with kind one of master (documentation, BOM and assembly), hardware (electronics) and mechanics. Tool repositories have their own names. Some device names differ between repositories and products: rhinopuck35 is sold as RhinoEdge Puck 34, freeedge is the board of the CollarEdge Free, and fence_monitor is the FenceEdge. This site uses the product names and keeps the repository names underneath.

Development repositories that are private

The firmware development repository, the Android Connect App and the provisioning software are private. Their releases are public: firmware through the public mirror, the app through Google Play.
